We trust our inventory levels are right but we want to make sure that you aren't left dissatisfied in the event that we don't have an item in stock and we have to either order it from our Supplier or put it on back order causing shipment delays.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item you order isn't available or will be delayed we will contact you via phone or email.
WE ONLY SHIP TO AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES.
We do require an address where you will be able to sign for the items. Perhaps a business address is more convenient for you. We use person to person delivery and require a signature as proof of delivery.
Please note, we cannot ship large bulky items to PO boxes such as Rods. We require an address or a business address for these items.
If for any reason you miss a delivery, a card will be left for you to pick your parcel/s up from your local Post Office, again a signature AND proof of identity are needed.
If there are any problems with sending your item/s we will contact you within 2-3 business days. Orders that have no issues will be sent within 1-5 business days.
Please note, once your order has left and is with the freight company there may be delays which are out of our hands.
We will carefully pack and ship your items in protective packaging to ensure your items arrive safe and undamaged.
If your parcel, product packaging or product arrive damaged in any way please contact us immediately and we will ensure the problem is solved.
Please note for any returns the customer must pay the shipping and handling fees that go with it.
